Installation is carried out by you or a local installer. Electrical work requires qualified professionals. The video check is supplementary and does not replace on-site checks. Agreed tool hire periods and return deadlines apply.

Check funding before project start
*Up to 80% funding – suitable for your requirements
This is how the price examples are calculated: Illustrative calculation: purchase price minus an assumed 80% grant. This assumes the entire price is eligible and an 80% rate is approved. The grant is paid separately and is not an immediate discount on the purchase price.
As of September 2026, up to 80% funding may be available for owner-occupied homes with taxable household income up to €30,000, or €40,000 where the relevant family allowance applies. The bonus criteria must be met. This is not a universal grant on every total purchase price.
Your own labour is not funded. Directly related materials may be eligible if a qualified company or energy efficiency expert confirms the work and expenditure. KfW decides on approval; purchasing a kit does not guarantee a grant.
